Pleasure-seekers are pleased by this "amazing" chain link where the "thoughtful staff" offers an "upscale experience" only "five minutes from Universal Studios"; with "clean, spacious" rooms ("the beds!") sporting "nice extras", a "great pool" and a gym, it's only those who are bothered by "not enough parking" who don't "wish" they'd "stayed more than just one night."

Room wasn't cleaned -- maid came at 5pm to see if room needed done.
Hotel is pretty -- overall clean -- shouldn't have to wait until 5pm to get room cleaned -- shouldn't have to pay $20 per night to "upgrade" from 1 king bed to 2 queen beds....

Continuous trying to sell Time Sharing at facility!
Although the hotel was very nice looking, the rooms walls were very thin, no complimentary breakfast (as is norm with other hotels) and the main issue was they charged $12.95 per 24 hours per computer for WiFi service. This is something almost all hotels now offer for free. I guess they don't want to give this to the people who are staying there through their Time Share program! ...read more
